Robert Curtis – Coach
Robert Curtis is an alumni of the Sprott School of Business and the interim coordinator of the schools case competition program. Robert has a long history with cas
competitions participating as a student at multiple competitions including NIBS 2014 in London, England. Robert currently works full-time for the Canadian Medical Association.
Julie Agbor – Participant
Julie is currently a 4th-year Business student at Carleton completing her Bachelor’s in International Business, majoring in Global Financial Management, and minoring in Japanese. Currently based in Ottawa, Julie engages in extra-circular activities with her peers such as playing basketball, running and swimming. During her spare time, Julie likes to volunteer at local charities. Being a previous exchange student in Japan, Julie has experienced what it is like to live and adapt to a different culture’s way of life and how they do business. Julie hopes to one day become a financial advisor in a global firm.
Cason Bravener – Participant
Cason is a fourth year Bachelor of International Business student at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business, concentrating in International Financial
Management and Systems with a minor in Spanish. He has past experience working for Canadian shipping companies operating within the Great Lakes region, and is interested by global macroeconomic trends as well as international trade. Outside of academics, he enjoys travelling and trying exotic food, and is a follower of many different sports, with favorites being Basketball, Futbol, and Hockey.
Simera Negeri – Participant
Simera is a fourth year Bachelor of International Business student with a concentration in International Marketing and Trade and a minor in Spanish, at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business. She partakes in several extracurricular activities-many focused on case competitions-as well as working part-time for the Government of Canada. She has a passion for travelling, and experiencing new cultures, and even spent a year abroad living in Malaga, Spain. In addition to travelling, Simera’s hobbies include fashion, and visual arts.
Cassie Lee – Participant
Cassie is a fourth-year Commerce student with a concentration in Marketing and a keen interest in Information Systems. She began her case competition experience at the Belgrade Business International Case Competition in 2017. Following that, she continued to stay involved with case competitions through captaining and developing Sprott's JDC Central case teams. Outside of the case crack room, Cassie is an avid Ultimate Frisbee player, baker, record collector, and lover of science fiction movies. For NIBS 2018, Cassie is most looking forward to meeting students from all over the world.
