LOS RETOS, USOS Y PRÁCTICAS ÉTICAS DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL POR PROFESIONALES DEL DERECHO
Resumen
En este artículo jurídico se abordan los retos, usos y prácticas éticas que tienen los profesionales del Derecho al enfrentarse a herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA). El objetivo general es cerciorarse de las herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial que son útiles para el profesional del Derecho y determinar en cuáles se puede llegar a dar una colisión en prácticas antiéticas por parte de abogados o notarios. El primer objetivo específico consiste en identificar los retos y ventajas que tienen las herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para los estudiantes de Derecho, abogados y notarios en el ejercicio de su profesión. De esa cuenta, el segundo objetivo específico consiste en establecer los usos que se le pueden dar a esas herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial en el ejercicio de la profesión. Se concluye que la IA puede ser una herramienta útil y eficiente en el ejercicio del Derecho, no obstante, la misma debe ser utilizada bajo el estricto conocimiento del profesional del Derecho en quien queda delegada la responsabilidad.

Abstract
This legal article addresses the challenges, uses and ethical practices that legal professionals face against Artificial Intelligence tools. The general objective of this article is to ascertain Artificial Intelligence tools that could be useful to legal professionals and to determine which are the challenges to ethical practices that lawyers and other legal professionals face whilst using these tools. The first specific objective is to identify the challenges and advantages of Artificial Intelligence tools for law students, lawyers, and notaries in the exercise of their profession. Furthermore, the second objective is to establish the uses of Artificial Intelligence in the exercise of the legal profession. Lastly, it concludes that Artificial Intelligence can be a useful and efficient tool for lawyers and legal professionals; nonetheless it must be used under the legal supervision of the professional who is responsible for the outcome.
